These decals go on easily with no strange chemical odors or extra machinery like heaters and dryers required. I got over a week of wear without a topcoat before they even started to show any sort of peeling/detachment. Overall they were a great bargain and I'll be happy to order more decals from Espionage in the future.
These are absolutely gorgeous. I love the complex design and rich colors. The glitter is such a cute touch.
I love these wraps on the paper, but not on my nails. Too many large rivet/screws and not enough gearwork led to many comments of "eyes on your nails" or "buttons on your nails". The glitter on the tiny gears was also sort of clumped on several of the nails, so you couldn't tell that they were actually gears, it just looked like blobs of glitter. I think I would have enjoyed these more if the two largest nails fit any of my fingers, as they have the better design/coloring/layout of the wraps, but whenever I try to cut them down to size I always end up butchering the crap out of them. :(
I was really excited when these wraps came out because I like that they are more copper toned and less gold and also that there are some more robust visual elements and not just the delicate gear-work. I think this swung too far in the robust direction, though, because when I wore them they looked somewhat clunky and inelegant. The quality is still great; they were easy to put on and lasted well, I just wasn't a fan of the design. I think if there were one nail that was all gears to balance out the one that is all bolts (perhaps all gears on the pinky finger?) it would work better for me.
