How many nail wraps do I get if I subscribe?


✖️ You will receive two new nail wraps every month. You have three different choices for every theme, but must choose two.

When will my package ship?


✖️ Packages ship from the 20th to the end of every month. For an October theme, for example, your package will ship anywhere from October 20th to October 31st.

When will my subscription renew?


✖️ All #NailMail subscriptions now renew on the 1st of every month. You’ll receive a reminder three days beforehand. This is also a good time to view teasers and swap your variant if you’d like.

Can I receive all three nail wrap variants?


✖️ At this time, the only way to receive all three is to have TWO separate #NailMail subscriptions. We plan to introduce more possible variant choices down the road, so we need to keep the structure as is to allow for growth! BUT...if you truly TRULY need all three and plan on adding another subscription, please write us at and we will add a 15% off discount to your account. We are working on a way for this to auto-apply, but at this time, you must poke us to implement this feature for you!

How do I swap my nail wrap variants?


✖️Please login to your account by clicking the icon as pictured!

✖️Scroll down until you see "Manage Subscriptions" and clicky.

 ✖️Click "Edit" and pay attention to your next charge date on the 1st of the month! That's when your order will queue for shipment and you want to be sure to swap your variant before then. It's locked in ON the 1st of every month for that month's theme, so get your swaps in as quickly as possible after viewing teasers. ^.^

✖️Click "Change product variant" and you'll be presented with a drop-down menu where you can choose your new options! Which two nail wraps do you want to receive this round?



How do I skip a shipment if I'm not into this month's theme?


✖️Please login to your account by clicking the icon as pictured!

✖️Scroll down until you see "Manage Subscriptions" and click that bad boy.

 ✖️Select "Delivery schedule".

✖️Click "Skip" next to the shipment that you would like to hop over. You can "Unskip" at any time before the 1st of the month if you should change your mind. Please note: You must skip BEFORE the 1st of every month. After that, your order is locked in for that month's theme.


How do I vote on my favorite nail wrap design?


✖️ Every month, you can visit to choose your favorite nail wrap design for that theme! All active subscribers will receive an additional 25% off the winning design when it joins the #NerdManicure line! That’s ON TOP of your 25% off discount (on all #NailMail designs) for being an active subscriber.

What does it mean when it says the theme is "Sold Out"?


✖️ This means the current month's theme is no longer available. This indicates that we have reached our allotted number of subscriptions for the month due to available inventory or that orders are closed for that particular theme and are prepping to ship. If you'd like to be alerted when the next theme becomes available, you can pop your email in HERE.

How do I cancel?


✖️ Please login to your account by clicking the icon as pictured!

✖️Scroll down until you see "Manage Subscriptions" and click.

✖️Choose “cancel” from this window. Please keep in mind that cancelling your subscription doesn’t cancel a theme that has already queued for shipment. If you have further questions on this please send us an email at
